Privacy and access

A private workspace per group

Each nursery group's records sit in their own workspace. Other groups can never see them.

Access by setting

Directors see every setting. Managers and maintenance staff only see the settings they're assigned to.

Photos stay private

Photos only open for signed-in team members who can see the job they belong to. They're never on a public web address.

Buildings, not children

NurseryFix is for premises, equipment and safety checks. It isn't designed to hold children's records or photos of children.

Why NurseryFix exists

Built by a nursery director, for nursery teams.

I run Little Learners Montessori, four nurseries across Watford, Northwood, Cricklewood and Wembley. Repairs and safety checks were being tracked across messages, notebooks and handovers, and things slipped through.

So I built NurseryFix to give every job an owner, a deadline and a dated record that can be shared in one place across managers, directors and higher management. We're testing it across all four of our settings now, and opening it up to a small number of other nursery groups.
